Kremlin: Special operation stops legislators’ declarations publishing

MOSCOW, Jan 24 (PRIME) – The Russian parliamentarians will stop publishing their income declarations from March under a presidential decree thanks to the special military operation, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

"Let's wait for this bill to take its final form. Certainly, the conditions of the special military operation are introducing their specifics, but perhaps, the main thing is that declaration submission will continue for everyone, including state officials," Peskov said, when asked whether President Vladimir Putin will sign the bill.

Media reported earlier, citing head of the State Duma Committee for State Construction Pavel Krasheninnikov that the deputies and Federation Council senators would stop releasing their declarations of income, spending and assets publicly from March 1.
